This large solidly built hammer pounder and tenderizer is designed to tenderize any variety of meat more effectively and save you cooking time.
It is made in one piece of sturdy food-grade brushed aluminium and has a double-sided square head featuring 2 working sides, one flat side for pounding thin cut meats or poultry to ensure well-balanced cooking and a textured side for tenderizing tough cuts of meats, as well as cracking and shelling nuts, crushing olives, toffee, candy and even break up ice cubes for drinks.
Not Dishwasher safe. Hand wash only with neutral detergent and rinse with warm water.
