Our rugged cheese slicer's adjustable design allows you to control the thickness of every cheese slice, from paper-thin up to 6mm.
The heavy body is made from food safe durable cast zinc-aluminium made to withstand constant use in the kitchen. Thanks to its ergonomic steel handle and roller slide action, you can glide through blocks of cheese effortlessly.
After each use, wipe down the slicing wire and wash it soapy water and towel dry before storage. It is not dishwasher safe.
