•Place coffee jug on flat non-slip surface.
•Hold the handle firmly, pull the plunger straight up and out of the jug.
•For each cup, put one table spoon of ground coffee into the jug.
•Pour the hot water into the jug leaving a 25mm space at the top. Insert the plunger into the jug ( do not press down) and let the coffee brew for at least four minutes.
▪Hold the coffee jug handle firmly with the spout turned away from you, slowly push down the plunger to the bottom of the jug. If the filter clogs or the plunger becomes difficult to push down, remove it from the pot, stir the brew and then slowly plunge again.
▪WARNING: Using excessive force can cause scalding liquid to shoot out pot.
