CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Before First Use:
Wash with warm water and a touch of mild detergent, then dry thoroughly. Warm the wok over gentle heat and apply a thin, even layer of cooking oil to begin building its durable seasoning. Seasoning / re-seasoning is the sum of oil and heat to build the coating on the woks surface to last longer.
After Cooking:
Rinse with warm water and wipe clean with a soft sponge. Avoid harsh detergents and abrasive tools to preserve the seasoning’s integrity.
Dry & Protect:
Dry immediately after washing. Place the wok on low heat to remove any remaining moisture, then finish with a light coat of cooking oil to maintain its protective layer.
Handle Care:
The wooden handle is designed for comfort and balance. Keep it dry, clean with a damp cloth only, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct heat.
Storage:
Store in a dry space. If stacking, place a soft cloth or paper liner between cookware to prevent marks.
Important:
Not dishwasher safe. Do not soak. Any rust can be gently buffed away before reseasoning.
